ABOUT ME
Maxx's motivation and dedication to fitness is transformational and life changing. Maxx has been training clients all over the DFW area for the past 11 years specializing in weight loss, conditioning, core strength, and athletic performance training. His passion for fitness began with his love of sports and developed as he excelled in football, boxing, and track. Maxx's approach to fitness is coupled with his deeply spiritual beliefs that "with God, all things are possible" Matthew 19:26. Each workout session is individualized and appropriate that focuses on cardiovascular and strength training combined with balance and flexibility. In his spare time, Maxx loves spending time with his children, cooking delicious meals, and feeding his soul spiritually.
